We manufacture custom aspheres:

Through a continuing development of technology and process our capability has become extremely versatile.

1. We can achieve high figure accuracy on convex and concave aspheric surfaces with diameters from 10 mm to over 500 mm.
2. The deviation from best-fit sphere of any aspheric surface has become virtually independent of the quality of the figure we can achieve. We routinely polish lenses with aspheric departures of a few millimeters.
3. We also routinely polish surfaces with figure errors of less than 1/20 waves peak to valley.
